Michael Halpern Adds His Edge To A New Partnership With TOPSHOP

Topshop announces a new collaboration with 2018’s most-celebrated designer, Michael Halpern.

Following his graduation from Central Saint Martins in 2016, New York-born Halpern has rapidly become integral to London’s fashion scene since debuting his eponymous collection, Halpern, at London Fashion Week in February 2017. His glittering designs have brought him instant industry recognition, and in 2017 saw him win the British Emerging Talent – Womenswear category at The Fashion Awards.

Halpern’s designs are a fusion of Studio 54-inspired American glamour entwined with couture house detailing. His creations are worn by strong, influential women worldwide including Adwoa Aboah, Amal Clooney, Diane Kruger, Lupita Nyong’o and Marion Cotillard.

Synonymous with Halpern’s energetic 1970’s aesthetic, the Topshop x Halpern collection promises playful, disco-ready partywear across neon velvet separates, printed two pieces, sequin-adorned jumpsuits and iridescent camo print mini dresses.

The 28-piece collection will be available in selected Topshop stores globally and online from early November 2018.
