It’s over. K-Swiss is taking over this summer! America’s legendary sneaker brand is set to release some new foot freshness for the sunny days.
Between the 15th and 29th K-Swiss will be making Huidenstraat 13 in the heart of Amsterdam its home, to launch their Spring Summer ‘19 Classics collection, that takes inspiration from the brands storied past. Throughout the two week pop-up, K-Swiss will be holding various events in the store, from talks with the founders of The New Originals to an exclusive preview of the brands Limited Edition Kingsday shoe. With the Entrepreneurs as K-Swiss’ muse, the guest speakers will be discussing how they got to where they are today!
Building on the AW18 apparel launch, SS19 features new 90s style sweats, tees and shell suits in their signature navy, red, black and white color palette, with pops of neon shades.
The new K-Swiss Campaign is shot by Safi Graauw; winner of de Jonge Haan Talent 2019. The self-taught director has taken inspiration from his Caribbean roots and has lent his trademark earth-toned and documentary based visual style to this campaign. That combined with his sense of culture make for a strong, innovative and diverse set of images and video, which will be on display in the store.
